Perform simple and complex analysis of product malfunctions including complete startup check from alignment, balance, and assembly points of view.
Complete the required repairs to equipment which may include balancing, assembly, welding and painting.
May provide training and direction to other field service personnel temporarily assigned to this function.
Assist the Customer Service Manager in resolution of service problems.
Complete field service reports on a current basis for each job assigned.
May assist test lab personnel in completion of projects.
