Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd. is a leading designer and manufacturer of industrial and commercial air moving equipment with facilities around the world. Due to unprecedented growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Field Service Technician. This is the perfect position for an individual who wants to assume a key role and significantly contribute to a dynamic, fast growing and entrepreneurial company.

Currently we are looking for 3 Field Service Technicians that can work from home at any location. Travel is about 70-80% throughout the US.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform simple and complex analysis of product malfunctions includ­ing complete startup check from alignment, balance, and assembly points of view.

Complete the required repairs to equipment which may include balancing, assembly, welding and painting.

May provide training and direction to other field service personnel temporarily assigned to this function.

Assist the Customer Service Manager in resolution of service problems.

Complete field service reports on a current basis for each job assigned.

May assist test lab personnel in completion of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years experience as Field Service Representative for an industri­al products manufacturing company or equivalent experience and training.

Ability to perform complex analysis and repair on all company products.

High mechanical aptitude and ability to learn all elements of fan construction.

Ability to perform accurate mechanical alignments and dynamic bal­ance.

Able to perform industrial welding to company specifications.

Work independently.

Willingness to travel up to 65% or more.
